Catalyst is a beautiful male with a soft handling, dense fleece. He really is the complete package with his second fleece tested at 17.8 micron and an SD of 3.6 (with a skirted saddle fleece weight of nearly 2kg).

He has very stable and envious genetics on both Sire and Dam side with Banksia Park Khan and Forestglen Sheer Bliss (from the famous Purrumbete Minty line). Catalyst has just started working. A great opportunity to take advantage of some very new and valuable genetics. Catalyst’s 3rd fleece has impressively held micron at 17.8, SD 3.9 & Skirted Saddle weight of just over 2kg. His 4th Fleece results show he is continuing to hold with a micron of 19.6, SD 3.9 and a Skirted Saddle of over 1.7kg.
His first fleece at the 2017 National Show scored 29 points (out of a possible 30) for weight and fineness. He has been awarded multiple Supreme championships in both the fleece and halter classes. The highlight has to have been Supreme White Alpaca and Supreme Fleece at the Hawkesbury Show. Other awards have included Supreme Huacaya at Camden Show 2018, Reserve Champion Adult male at Royal Canberra and Gunning Shows 2018, Champion Fleece 12-18 months Royal Bathurst 2018, Supreme Light Fawn Junior Huacaya Fleece at 2017 National Show just to mention a few. Forestglen’s 4th fleece has just picked up a first place at Canberra Royal 2020 in the Senior Class.
